Our holiday apartments are situated on the sunny and snow-sure plateau of Niederthai on 1,550 meters above sea level in Ötztal Valley. Given the unique location, the charming village of Niederthai is the embodiment of relaxation and tranquility throughout the year. The entrance to one of the most beautiful cross-skiing trails in Tyrol, as well as the starting point for numerous hiking tours are located right in front of our house.
